The RESURGENCE project is thrilled to announce the Water Projects Europe: Circularity in Industrial Water online clustering event, on June 25, from 9:30 to 11:45. Organised together with Water Europe, this online event will spotlight RESURGENCE alongside its sister projects, CORNERSTONE and R3VOLUTION, to present cutting-edge solutions for a sustainable and circular industrial water future in Europe.

As industries across Europe face mounting pressure to decarbonize, reduce waste, and reclaim critical resources, the management of industrial water – which accounts for nearly half of all water withdrawals in Europe – has become a critical imperative. Aligned with the EU Green Deal and the Zero Pollution Action Plan, this session will highlight how transforming industrial water use is essential for accelerating the green transition, enhancing Europe’s resilience, and ensuring sustainability and competitiveness go hand in hand.

The Water Projects Europe event will bring together leading experts, project partners, and policymakers to:

• Share cutting-edge insights from RESURGENCE, CORNERSTONE, and R3VOLUTION.

• Explore synergies and collaborative solutions for the future of industrial water use.

RESURGENCE is dedicated to improving industrial circular water systems by implementing advanced technologies that enable water reuse, energy recovery, and feedstock reclamation. It will be joined by:

• CORNERSTONE: Advancing circularity in industry by integrating innovative technologies into existing wastewater systems to recover water, energy, and solutes.

• R3VOLUTION: Transforming industrial water management with innovative membrane technologies and AI tools to achieve over 90% water reuse, solute recovery, and waste heat reuse.
